No response to support tickets!

I've emailed Proko Support a number of times to request a refund and there has been no response. I am within the 30 days and there has been no 'wardrobing, so surely in accordance with the refund policy set out on the website, a refund should be easy to sort out. I've noticed a few people have mentioned issues in this community section about securing a refund in a timely manner and I am gobsmacked that it appears to be so difficult to achieve. Can anyone help please?
