No respons to support tickets

I've contacted Proko Support several times to request a refund, but I haven't received any response. I'm still well within the 30-day refund period, and there has been no "wardrobing" or misuse of the course, so according to the refund policy stated on the website, this should be a straightforward process. I've also noticed that several other people in this community have reported difficulties obtaining refunds in a reasonable timeframe, which is honestly quite surprising and disappointing. Could someone please help me resolve this issue? @Proko Support @Stan Prokopenko
