Nice work! You captured a great silhouette, and I like that you kept your lines straight, and simplified! Take a look at your drawing and squint your eyes way down until you can just barely see it. When you squint way down like this you can kind of see how the background and the pear blend together. It's hard to tell where the background ends and the pear begins. The background and pear are reading as the same value. You can darken the background a bit to help the pear pop out a bit more. Take a look at the demo and critique for this one next!
