A quick sketch but very cute nonetheless :D I also really like your line quality, it feels loose and confident, as well as how you're starting to use simple shapes to act as a guide. I realize there's been quite a time difference between the original post and this update, and whereas I was going to recommend using basic shapes to break down more complex forms for the chimpanzee, it seems like you're already on the right track. Keep up the good work and I hope to see more of your art in the future :)
