Heya! It's quite difficult to see where you can improve without the references. I know it's not really what you're practicing, but the head looks quite small in relation to the bean and also maybe join a neck to the back centre line of your bean. These are nice clean and clear drawings though. I can definitely read how the model was posed which is great.
