How should I start?

Hi, I'm Lynn. I started drawing 2 years ago by following random drawing tutorials on YouTube. I discovered Proko.com on YouTube while looking for a hand drawing tutorial. I want to be able to draw anything I see. Any recommendations??

Hey @lynn1o1 You've got a really solid start, I love to see that you're working traditionally, and that's a great lookin Spidey-hand! If you're interested in drawing anything you see, I think you'd fit right in starting with Drawing Basics. Setting your focus on the fundamentals will help you with everything from portraits, to figure drawing, to animals, to perspective. Basics has two levels, level 1 and level 2, I think you'd fit right into Level 2 but the level 1 projects can still serve as a great baseline or warm up for jumping into level 2 projects.

Also check out Michael Hampton's courses on figure drawing and portraiture, these are great to jump into after Basics.

Do you have a particular artistic focus you'd like to start working towards? Painting? Figure drawing? Comics, or illustration? Glad you found your way here, hopefully this helps, looking forward to seeing more of your work!
