Hi, the first half of this term I'm practicing drawing the head. This is a drawing that started with a focus on pure masses: I tried to ignore the anatomy (to a certain point) and just try to think of the head as abstract masses. Then I went in and started to think about the muscles and bones and tried to see what masses they contributed to. I think I'll work a little more on it, I didn't have time to analyze the zygomatics, jaw and ear for example, but I wanted to show what I've done with it so far Cheers!
