Head anatomy study for portrait. (Help!)

Hi everyone, I need your help.
I've been studying head structure and some of its anatomy because I want to do a portrait of someone with their head in an unusual position, but I can't get the likeness right and the proportions are off. I also want to capture the facial expression.
I don't know if I'm doing it right; I'm honestly a little desperate.
I hope someone can help me. I would really appreciate it.

I think your proportions are looking pretty good overall! You're following the rule of thirds: the hairline, the browline, the bottom of the nose and the chin equal distances from each other.
