Hey Pasi, Personality comes from the body language and the facial expressions. Your gesture is really nice, but your facial expression doesn't say anything. It will help if you build a structure for the face that you can then build your expressions on. I did a quick drawing to show you what I mean, Hope it helps :)

I like color, very fun :) The body language seems to say "cautious but interested". I feel like the eye's could be more expressive. A little more definition of eyelids could add more intrigue to the face?
