Can't download any links from Download tab.

Hey Proko team and Ms. @kimreaper ~
As title, I can't download any links from the Download tab in every course that I have (I have 2 courses purchased, Figure and Anatomy (Torso) course) and every lesson. No matter which browser (I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or device (I've tried downloading with my laptop and phone) is used, the following error still displays:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access denied</Message>
</Error> "

Sorry you are having trouble with downloading! And thanks for trying different browsers! Let's keep troubleshooting by asking the following questions:
Are your browsers up to date?
Is your operating system up to date?
Is your device up to date?
Do you use a VPN? These can cause issues with downloads.
Do you have some kind of firewall, antivirus software, ad blockers or plugins that might block the downloads?
We also recommend you try clearing the cache in your browser and reloading the page.
If you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.

hello, thank you so much for the detailed reply! My problem was solved thanks to your suggestions~
While I was trying them out, I coincidentally switch my internet connection to normal wifi, and I could download like normal. Apparently the mobile data (4G) that I used before somehow prevents me to download. (I don't know much about the VPN stuff, do these two relate?)
