Best First Course for Figure Drawing

What's the best first figure drawing course that goes from design, gesture, construction through shading? I'm sure all the courses are good but is one best suited as an intro?

I pretty much learned anything fundamental about figure drawing from Stan’s figure drawing and anatomy courses. I was a total beginner. You can check out his free videos on YouTube before deciding to buy the premium course.
I have high hopes about Michael hampton’s new course here too. I love his book and he covers exactly what you talked about.
@Rebecca Shay As a beginner, which would be best to start with now that Michael's "Figure Construction" course is available? Would Construction come before Stan's "Figure Drawing Fundamentals"? Thanks!
