My level 2 attempts. Took me a while, and the main challenge by far was to keep the proportions accurate. Great exercise though.

The boots and snail before watching the demo. Quite satisfied overall. The boots really took me a while to figure out. Also, I need to develop a habit to be much cleaner with my lines...

Pear #2 before watching the demo. Tried my best to stick to the 5-tone mapping expected from the exercise (with limited success). The shadow/halftone border in the end turned out too sharp for my taste. Used the 2 mm HB clutch pencil. My first time drawing anything.
