I haven't found a name for her but when I really loved how powerful and admirable this character came out. I could picture a world where she's a warrior and protects the people. This was a really enjoyable experience to be able to experiment freely and combine various objects and animals to create something new. I never thought I would be able to create something new after all this time of copying eye to eye. (I've also included the sketch before I brightened the picture online, I wasn't sure whether the quality was lost during processing)

Introducing Mr Hopird! He loves figs and enjoys stealing wheels from motorbikes to perform his circus acts Thank you everyone for taking your time to look at my work and Proko for sharing this chance to see Peter Han in action.

My movie is called "Power on" This paints a story of my life from childhood to who I am now. My aim was to illustrate how we're constantly working to build our individuality whilst we power/handle different areas of our lives from delivering ideas to meet our KPI targets, finding inner tranquillity and peace, childhood memories, sleep, the ticking time bomb of having a family. This was a great challenge as I've always avoided creating a full art piece. Thank you Proko for giving us this amazing opportunity

What a fantastic challenge idea! For now it is far beyond my skills, BUT I am so exited to see all the entries, I think this will be epic! (Genereal question: Will there be IG posts which we can forward to our stories to spread the word about this platform and this challenge?)

Hey Sonja, I thought the same thing as you when I first saw this challenge - I thought because I haven't learnt composition, anatomy, portrait drawing etc I wouldn't be ready to take part. But like what everyone is saying, sometimes having these mini-projects help encourage us to challenge our skills and spice up our daily practices. You'll be surprised what you create and it might be something sentimental when you look back too. Let's encourage artists to feel comfortable to take part in these challenges that are still learning and practising their skills  😁😁

Hi everyone, Firstly wanted to say - I can't believe Proko has created this community. So happy to be able to find a place to meet up-and-coming artist out there. I would love to get to know everyone and looking forward to having group sessions where we can draw and chill together So I'm currently learning figure drawing but on the side, I like to challenge myself to paint and draw random references to keep myself motivated and in touch with watercolouring. I've recently done a bunch of painting based on Conor Nolan's frog drawings (defo check out the original piece he did, really amazing work) but I would love to get everyone's feedback on contrast, watercolour technique, the overall composition etc

Hello! I tried to draw the gesture design, not the details.  Can you see it from these? And what should I be more conscious of to improve my drawing? I’m eager to hear your comments and critiques😊

Wow I really love how even the simple strokes communicate so much about what the person is doing and their personality in their gesture. I honestly don't know what critiques to give you since it looks like you are really conscious about what you are trying to communicate :Dd
