How long would we need to spend per week to keep up with the classes? I'm in a full time education and wouldnt be able to justify more then probably an hour a day.

Even an hour a day can have you see major improvement quickly if done consistently and with intent.

There's no "hard" time limit we require for you to study. This is a learn at your pace course so if you only have an hour a day to practice that's okay :)
