Some people pose. These guys gets thrown around for a living.

This reference pack features a professional stuntmen performing dynamic sequences of jumps, kicks, falls, turns, dodges, and explosive full-body movements. Instead of isolated poses, each action is captured step by step, letting you study how the body loads, launches, twists, reacts, impacts, and recovers. Them being stuntmen in real life brings you those kind of details that are surprisingly difficult to fake.

Combined with varied, dramatic lighting, these sequences are perfect for artists looking to understand movement, anatomy in motion, foreshortening, and convincing action poses.

Basically: they do the dangerous part. You get to pause it frame by frame
