This video features the same model and shooting session as 1300+ Sporty Lifestyle Female Poses, but shows the movement between the final photo references. You can pause at any moment and sketch the pose, study weight shifts, body mechanics, and transitional movements.
It also gives you a look at parts of the photoshoot that never make it into the final reference pack. See how poses develop, follow intermediate positions, and find spontaneous moments between the main shots.
This product is designed primarily for sketch artists. It also works well for sculptors. It is not intended as a detailed 3D reference because the video does not provide enough skin and surface detail for texture work.
