Just a few quick gesture drawings to get warmed up. Always good to keep these going, even if it's only a few times a month. These are 1 minute poses, but I added the hair on the first one afterwards (for some reason I felt compelled to do it on that one). PS. No need to critique these, I know they're not perfect, just having a play. :)

These look great! Your mark making gestures are readable and understandable. Love the way they communicate the model’s gesture in such a dynamic way. My gesture drawings are absolutely horrible because I have no mark-making “language” (what I call it) like you seem to have and like what these lessons (hopefully) will help me to develop. That’s what I’m here to do. Hopefully, my mark making will begin to look like yours very soon.

So far, I'm absolutely loving what you've done with the "place" here, Stan! Since I've spent half my life working for others, my dream art "job" is to design my own art career and work for myself. I've escaped from corporate America (with some years of running my own business) to pursue a career as a professional artist (fine art). I've always wanted to be in the art world. I've noticed, however, that despite being a former business owner as well as working many years in corporate America, designing a career around art isn't the same. No two businesses are the same (unless they are galleries or non-profits). This internet age has created even more possibilities!
