In this course, I'll show some basic Russian academic art techniques that I've learned over the years through my studies at the Vladivostok Art College and the Ilya Repin St. Petersburg State Academic Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. With each lesson you will unveil a step of my process as I work on a realistic portrait drawing from start to finish. I'll explain every step along the way so that you can use them in your own art. From tinting, to sketching, and rendering individual parts of the face, this course will offer new ways to look at it all.

The entire course consists of 5 lessons with each focusing on specific steps of my process. There is both an English and Russian version for each lesson.
