Great Job!! Areas for consid: 1) Elongate face to present a slightly longer nose, Reduce white space on lower eye balls (looks like lazy eye which she doesn't have in pic), her left eye needs a little more mass to the outside as the Zygomatic Arch/Cheek appears to be abruptly stopped. Add a little left side hair volume from top down as it will also help (notice how the side of her head has form even though her hair is thin) carry the head shape... AGAIN, ONLY SUBTLE CHANGES!!! SUPER JOB!!!
