To create a life-size wire armature for a hand you just need a few simple materials like aluminum wire, pliers, and wire cutters. While making this armature, you'll also learn the importance of accurate twisting and bending techniques to replicate the anatomical features of the hand, such as knuckles and finger lengths. To further enhance the armature's functionality use additional wire wrapping to provide a better structure for clay adherence.
