First off, the website you shared has incredible photographs for pose drawings/sketches!
I feel that your teachings have been incredibly helpful as the main difference is trying to know what to look for, instead of solely trying to know what to look at.
(The first 7 poses in the image are upside down because halfway through I flipped the page and switched to a copying pencil because I just prefer it for these type of studies!)
i find it quite challenging to commit to my lines when sketching the pose in 30sec... usually takes a few more. A great and imaginative exercise non the less!!
