Alright, well now that you’ve mastered the back of the forearm, let’s move on to the front. If you remember, the front of the forearm is mostly the flexor muscles and the ridge muscles take up some space on the side. We’ll do the ridge muscles in the next lesson.
The flexor muscles blend together to create a large, ovoid mass from the medial epicondyle to the palm. Their muscle bellies are rarely visible individually, but it’s good to understand what’s going on under the skin, especially because you need to understand their tendons. And because sometime you can see them individually, and they look awesome.
