I did some self-portraits using mirror because I hate drawing from photos. I experimented with pen and ink and also did some sculptore studies.. from life because (again) I hate drawing from photos.
And as you can see I LOVE classical art and took inspiration from old masters sketches for my self-portraits
If you want to critique my sketches, please do! I would appreciate it

I think these look pretty good working from a mirror.
What I would do is draw the portrait from the mirror lightly in pencil, then indicate the shadows and lighting, also in pencil. I would then render in pen and ink so that I could design how my marks would look. How the ink lines are used, or designed is what gives a consistent look to the rendering.
Just my opinion, Nice work :)
