Rough frog studies

Wanted to do some frog studies. As a cartooonist I don't tend to do digital paintings much, but I like how these came out. Anyone have any more tips or resources for digital painting? Its still pretty new for me, but its refreshing to try something different for personal works.

I really like these, @William P! Nice brushwork and overall feel, especially for something you’re not very familiar with. There’s a lot of good courses and resources about digital painting throughout the internet, but, honestly, from what I’ve seen so far, I’d say my favorite one is CtrlPaint: http://www.ctrlpaint.com It has a big library of free very helpful, informative and nicely edited tutorials. They also have a bunch of paid series which I personally find to be quite affordable and worth the while. I learned a lot there, and, in fact, most of the main digital painting techniques I still use came from their lessons. Keep up the good work!
