making a run at learning a bit about these guys! Mainly because i'm fascinated in the way they fly. I think i'm going to incorporate them into a exosuit design i'm working on!

Current iteration of the battlesuit is pictured (pre beetle studies)
The plan is to look at the part in the rear, and take a lot of design cues from the beetle knowledge i gain from these studies!

This is great! I think you can also inject even more design cues from the beetle into your current iteration. The rounded forms for example can be used for the more square shapes you have going on, just to unify that shape language a bit more.
I'm super interested to see how you can also incorporate their horns as a motif. Great work!
