Hello! I've purchased a bundle of courses and poses around a year ago. I love the new design of the website, but somehow I can't access the poses I bought anymore. Could you fix it? I'd like to start learning again! Thanks in advance.

Hi @Gabriele Campagna Your model poses are in the "Tools" section of your dashboard. From this page if you click "My Classroom" then "Tools" you will find them. Please email support@proko.com if you are still having trouble.

Thank you for replying! That's where I found them, except they're not accessible to me, as if I hadn't bought them already. Is there anything that can be done?
