For some reason I can't seem to be able to open the photo file downloads that I have bought from the proko tools section on my phone. It is an android, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem or knows how to help. (the files have been downloaded but when I tap on them the phone simply has a pop-up that says cant open file)
