I have submitted a ticket to refund a course which was bought by mistake. Just putting it here as well, as it is difficult to get a response to the tickets via email. I don't know if there is an issue with the email system because I had a request last month that no one ever got back to. And I have seen multiple other similar requests in the forum. Please look into this @prokosupport
