Loomis method front view, where should you start the jawline?

Hi guys, I watched Proko's tutorial to teach a front perspective face drawing, but I didn't understand anything after you cut the sides of a ball and there are oval pieces left with the sides of a ball, from which area of that oval shape should you start jawing? For red point or blue point?
I'd say it depends on the reference or the character you're drawing. Both are correct.
