Looking for some feedback on my comics

After years of trying I finally managed to at least finish some projects, even if it looks quite rough. But I am lacking any feedback on it because, just my friends telling me "it's cool" and "it's awesome" doesn't really count as feedback. I am currently planning my next project which is definitely going to lot more challenging than what I have done so far, so I would appreciate some feedback before going forward.

Besides constructive criticism even personal feedback is welcomed. You could just tell me what you personally like or don't like about my comics.
I gave this a quick read and I think you’ve got a fun idea here, and the passion definitely shows. I also really love how expressive your characters are. This thing is dripping with personality, and that’s great! Plus the story is easy to follow and not confusing, that’s huge! (I’ve seen some comics where the storytelling in the art just doesn’t make any sense.)
two things I’d suggest right off, one artistic and one technical.
First the technical one. The scans aren’t great and I think that really hurts the presentation. I’m not sure if the original art isn’t inked boldly and crisply enough, or if the scans aren’t great, but the whole presentation looks a bit unfinished.
on a drawing technical level I really like your characters and the style is really consistent. That definitely helps draw me into the characters. I would suggest trying to pan and zoom the camera around a bit more though. That will make the page a bit more dynamic overall.
Honestly, I think this is a really fun little strip, and with a bit of polish would really pop!
if I had a suggestion about a learning resource I’d say read Bone, and try to take some cues from what Jeff Smith did there. (Plus reading Bone is just a jolly good time and I’d suggest it to everyone!)

I know the scans look horrible and that's a mix of my inexperience with software and lack of proper equipment. I don't have a scanner right now and I'm trying to make the best of my phone camera. Sounds ridiculous, but as my only option it works. And I am also learning about the software while doing it.
As for the fixed camera angle, it was intentional because this is a short gag comic. Like in the second chapter where they are going in circles, I felt it was necessary to keep the panels fixed in order to land the joke. But I see it might get too repetitive and maybe I need to think about it.
I am very glad to hear you didn't find my jokes confusing. I tried writing some puns that combine english and japanese, the main character's name itself being one. I spent a lot of time thinking about it and remained unsure if it'll be understandable by a normal person who especially doesn't know japanese. So I am happy to hear it's not very confusing.
