Hey Fish, I like the relief look of your image, it looks like a sculpture from a ruin. I did a quick sketch over your image to show you what I would do to help with your issues. I notice that you tend to draw the heads too big and the limbs too short. It helps when you do a structural drawing for your pose in order to work out your perspective, that way you can add your clothing and other elements in a way that works with the perspective.
