How do I remove lasso selection (marching ants in Clip Studio Paint?

In Photoshop command H is the keyword function to remove the lasso selection when you try to colour. I don’t know if there is something similar with Clip Studio Paint. It is distracting when you see the selection boundaries and trying to colour something. I want the selection boundaries hidden when I paint something on screen. I hope I’m making sense, it’s hard to describe. I use Clip Studio Paint because I own it and can’t afford Adobe subscriptions. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Hi Alan! CSP actually has a button for enabling/disabling the visibility of the marching ants. The button is the "square within a square" which I highlighted in the screenshot below. I think they implemented this button because lasso tooling is such a common and useful technique 😊. I agree that the selection boundaries can be annoying 😆 . Just click the button! 😉

In the top menu bar, go to View, then uncheck 'Selection Border'. That will make the marching ants invisible for your selection. If this is something you want to turn on and off quickly, go to File > Shortcut Settings > Menu commands > View and find Selection Border, where you can set it to whatever key you want, like H for example.
