Beginner Drawing Club - anyone want to join?

Hi everyone,
I’ve just signed up to the Drawing Basics Course and thought it would be fun to learn alongside a few other beginners.
I’m looking to form a small friendly group where we can encourage each other to keep practicing, ask questions, stay motivated and share our weekly exercises and progress.
No pressure or judgement- just enjoying learning together.
Maybe looking to post one exercise each week - not sure if that’s the usual thing.
If you’re interested let me know where you’re from (I’m in Dorset UK), whether you are a beginner etc.
If enough people are interested, we could keep everything on Proko or later try WhatsApp.

Hi, just signed up for the course yesterday. Great idea and definitely interested, drawing is a new hobby for me and I’m an absolute beginner. Looking forward to sharing the journey 🙂

Like your initiative, I asked almost the same thing here two days ago. I haven't signed up for the basics course yet but if there's a few more people who'd like to join this group, I intend to start as soon as possible. Don't want to lag behind after all :)
I'm sort of a beginner (from Belgium btw), I used to draw a lot more until a couple of years ago (nothing fancy, mostly simple line drawings of plaster casts and stuff) when work and life suddenly intervened, you probably know how that goes? :)
I'm certainly motivated to start over again, and one assignment each week would be ok for me.
Also looking forward to this, hopefully you'll get some more replies soon!
