Asking for feedback/Critique

Hello! I'm not exactly sure on how to go about this but I've been told that receiving criticism is an important step to improving. If I plan to make a living from my work and passion someday then I need to take the right steps to grow as an artist. These are some fan arts that I've done in the last couple of months. (The last one is my work in progress attempt at creating a splash art style illustration like those at Riot Games). Any ideas, thoughts or advice would help. There's no need to hold back. Thank you!

Really great pieces! Readable silhouettes are important and I think you were able to achieve that here. Maybe the least readable one would be Vi, I know those are her mech fists coz I've seen her but for audiences who don't know her they'd be harder to recognize. Still good job overall! :D

Good point! Yeah, it probably looks odd to those that dont know of the character. I'll remember to keep silhouettes in mind from now on. Thank you, much appreciated!

I agree with Steve about rendering different materials - but really great stuff indeed, Erick! I love the character’s gesture in the last one. Keep going, and best of luck!

Hey Erick, I think your stuff looks good. The drawing looks pretty solid, and your colors work for the style your going for. The one thing that does look like you could improve on is the materials you render other than the skin. All the clothing and accessories all have the same look as everything else. You should study things like leather, metal, fabric and so forth, so that you can render them with some texture that will separate them from other elements in your painting. I hope you find this helpful :)

Hey Steve! First off thank you so much. You are absolutely right. Thinking back, I often do spend a lot of time making sure the skin looks right that I hadn't realized I was neglecting other important elements. I'll definitely practice with some studies. Thank you again for the feedback!
