The hardest part of these for me is when I try to imagine how the forearm muscles actually insert and wrap based on pronation or supination, it doesn't always look on the surface like the anatomical models I study. Anyone else try this sort of thing? This is from self-directed work through books (Winslow, Hampton, Lauricella) but I will get to the arms in the Anatomy course eventually & see what tips they have there.
