Got to be honest, I rage quit on quick sketch more than anything else. It's my kryptonite, but I'm working on it, always trying to keep in mind Patrick Jone's theory of the "clanger." Get those bad drawings out, and try to be okay with them, because they'll always be there. Just got to roll with the punches so you can go for that knockout when it comes.
