Got my Blackwings in the mail. Thanks again to @Dan Blodgett for the push. I also picked up a copy of Constructive Anatomy. I ordered both the 602 and the Matte pencils. I've been enjoying the 602 for Bridgman studies. It feels almost like a marker or pen. The graphite almost pours out of the tip. There's definitely a stimulus for adaptation here. I'm gonna spend some more time with the matte pencils later today during my gesture session.
Cheers brother. Looking good! You sure you're only just starting to learn to draw? Never tried it before ever? Because you have an incredible aptitude for it. Really impressive the growth I've seen from you just in this short time. Bridgman is something that can challenge even an intermediate like me, so.... Wow haha. Stick with it and you're going to go places my friend!
That's very generous of you. My mom tells me I drew a lot before I was a teenager. So over thirty years ago... I have vague memories of it. Does that count?
