That's all I had time to do today, plus about 10 pages or so of warm-ups and other miscellaneous exercises. Would contour lines here help? Thoughts?

Lines look really clean. Nicely done.

Will this course also be teaching how to shade the head as well? I would really love to learn that from you. I will be buying this one anyways tho.

Hello! Before purchasing the course, do you think this course would be better to be taken before stan's portrait drawing course? Since it's more about learning the forms first?

Rough go at the form intersections, gonna work harder on the line quality and the perspective on some of the lines.

Any feedback is welcomed thanks

Rough attempts at dynamic poses. Used to find these to be so difficult! Happy with my progress. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this course! Your book and YouTube content has helped me and taught me so much and Im realy looking forward to starting this course! Just a small question: Could you please share if facial expressions are going to be covered, and if not, do you have any recommendations about useful resources or ways of studying them?

Look forward to this. Head construction is something I've been hoping to get better at; ideally this means moving away from being at the mercy of reference images while at the same time not simplifying too much from lack of understanding and being stuck at a limited range of angles.

Hello, I know your course description says it's for beginners and intermediate students, But I was wondering if it'd be manageable for someone who's currently going through Stan's Drwaing Basics. I do have some knowledge of perspective from drawing boxes and stuff (still can't rotate them freely in my mind though!).
Do you recommend taking other basic portrait classes like Stan's Portrait Fundamentals before tackling yours? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

I've never taken a course here before. Are these taken on your own time and how are the assignments handled?
10d
Clear and concise info! Excited to tackle the rest of the course

will all the lessons have Protuguês (Brasil) subtitles?

Love the course and fell down the rabbit hole of acquiring an iPad to explore digital art!
Question - is there any interest in teaching how to render these figures in a manga style?
Thank you for all you do!

hi Michael, can you tell me about your digital set up ie what package and brushes you use. thanks

I see this is a presale. There are assignments. Will there be student critiques provided as the course is released? Similar to how Stan does with his courses as he rolls them out.

Hi @Michael Hampton, will there be a section in this course that will tackle on getting the likeness of the model or reference?

Excited to start this new course. I've already purchased it! Do you recommend taking your courses before or after studying anatomy?

Wish we had a little more time on hands. Overall the straight hands are quite straightforward. As they interact with objects or become more dynamic it gets complicated.
