Thanks Quinn! I primarily use the pencils like in the demo. Orbik and Loomis are probably my most-used. I really need to give the others some more love though! I think the traditional look is as much about the process as the tools. But generally speaking, the more you avoid digital tricks, and the more directly you draw, the more traditional the results will appear.
