Well done nanna! Looks great. I love the rendering and design of the mystical creatures. I think those are my favourite. I also like the cropped composition with the fishes and the idea of the girl riding the bird. Keep up the good work

I found this cutie on Unsplash.com and I just had to make a drawing of him, for today’s color study. He took me 1 h. and 20 m. I tried to implement some of @Marco Bucci's advise from yesterdays “The Color Survival Guide” video: https://www.proko.com/course/the-color-survival-guide/overview That video was super inspiring! - I think I could have pushed the color variation even more, but I'll keep practicing. :)

Year that's a challenge.... hmmm... I think I would go to unsplash.com to find a good cat reference - All photos there is free to use. Here is a link: https://unsplash.com/s/photos/cat Maybe you could find one that have the same kind of body type like the cat, and then use it for a reference, and then add the right color on the fur, eyes and markings. I know it is not the same as the real deal. But I hope it can be helpful in some way. Best of luck and happy drawing! :)

I did this color study today (1,5 hour) My goal is to push myself to work fast while also learning something about colors, structure light and shape design. Bonjour, goedendag, hello, nice to meet you all :) I'm Charline from Belgium. I'm was a 3D artist a decade ago then dropped art carreer entirely. I'm back since 2-3 years as a "hobbyist". I aim at drawing european style comics, mostly self-writen stories. I was told about Proko course a year ago and followed some of the anatomy lessons. I'm glad the website evolved into a full art community (and also impressed it's a web assembly site, much appreciated :p). Proko's lessons were among the most useful I found when I was looking for a fresh restart, this plateform has a big potential to help people improve ! I'm unsure how much I will be able to engage, as I have a day job and a lot of commute, but I will give it a try. Also, I made the mistake to join too many art communities for a while and exhausted myself trying to follow everything everywhere. I'm slow pace person and that burned me out quite a bit.
