I am having a difficult time getting the proportions right. for the head ribcage, and pelvis. if there is a diagram of all sizes relative to each other, that would be great.

There is an anatomy book by Roberto Osti that gives proportions based on the length of the head and a procedure for drawing a skeleton from front, side, and back. I've found it very useful, though it requires a good deal of work to master. Basically the proportions are those of Paul Richer, which I think Stan uses also,
