Very nice improvement! I would practice two things: 1. Even tone - practice your shading and getting even tone throughout an area. I can see your pencil strokes a lot. I personally suffer from this and I find it's when I try to go to fast with the shading and I don't get enough coverage 2. Maximizing the use of your values. On your pear, I only see 4 values. This may be because your darkest halftone and your lightest shadow are too close in tone. try making sure that you've got a variety of tones to help describe your forms.
