This video explains both major and minor axes perfectly clear. I read Scott Robertson's book on perspective as well, but his explanation was pretty confusing to understand.

I've watched the documentary of Bob Ross's story on Tubi-Tv. It's a tragedy he died from cancer and his legacy was almost snatched away by someone.

Here's my Level 1 and Level 2 attempts for hand #1!
Level 1: I think the hardest part about this was figuring out how to deal with the knuckles... whether to have the boxes overlap, to leave spaces between the boxes, or to somehow stretch them into non-boxes to accommodate the squishing of the fingers. I ended up seeing @Vue Thao's assignment and using their technique of treating each knuckle as part of the preceding bone. I think it turned out!
Level 2: This was haaard. I've heard of Kim Jung Gi and his "little man", but trying to draw the same picture from a new perspective breaks my brain. I ended up changing the hand from a righty to a lefty!! The spread of the fingers is also off, but still, I don't think it turned out too badly for a first attempt. Onto the other hands!

Lol Thank you for reminding me of my first attempts. I got migraine after figuring out where the cubes should go.

My 3rd attempt after the musketeer (image from pexels.com). I'm starting to feel more confident with taking measurements and aligning the shapes. I am still finding that ,despite checking measurements, I end up being off in one or two areas (in this case the chin seems too long).

@Stan Prokopenko I played around with the camera setting in Blender like you did. I want to share what I know.
TOP LEFT:
70 mm = human's default visual eyesight. We see them every day. Every corner parallels each other and every one of them converges to the vanishing point.
BOTTOM LEFT:
20 mm = This is known as "fisheye". At the bottom of the cube, each corner tapers. Equivalent to 3 points perspective.
TOP RIGHT:
120 mm = Orthographic perspective. Similar to 70 mm, their top and bottom lines parallel each other but the lines started to bend further away.
BOTTOM RIGHT:
400 mm = Absolute obtuse. The angle is shaped like a fan. The plane on the left (shadow) is smaller than the right (lit/hidden from view). The plane at the bottom follows the same pattern as the top making you imagine they're fallen buckets.

So I did Nr.6 and 12. Boxing it out is real cool. First one took 15 min, second 10min.

Her eyeballs aren't that big. Just her eye sockets. If her eyes are big there's no room for the tear duct.
