Simpifying animals into geometric shapes was hard. Do you maybe have some suggestions on how I might improve these?

Thank you :) I redrew the animals and tried to use simpler shapes. I guess it's a bit better, but maybe I could habe simplified them even more.

Here there are some of last weeks drawings and their progress over time. Maybe you got some advice on how I might improve them. I guess I should continue with the course and keep on practicing every day.

Today I tried to draw some side views as explained in the video. I focused on capturing the proportions correctly.

Hi there!
Today I drew some faces looking up and down using the Loomis method. Critics and comments would be appreciated :)
I'm not sure, if I drew the features correctly, but I didn't watch the videos yet.
Somehow the Loomis head that I draw never applies to my references of heads looking up as in the example. The jaw always seems to be too big and too far down.

Thank you for your advice :)
I guess I'll draw some more Loomis heads for now and just continue watching the course videos and do all the exercises.
I can already shade simple objects with pencil on paper, but I still need to figure out how to do smooth shading on my pen display in photoshop.

Hi there,
just started this course yesterday. I really hope, it helps me to improve my portrait drawing.
I did this exercise on my pen display and tried to draw the head with clean lines. They still are a little shaky. But I am happy to already see a little improvement in the two sheets I drew today.
Still a long way to go. I hope, I can keep up the motivation :)
