Hey Rafael, great job on this. You definitely are on the path to getting better. What I would say is work on your construction. If you look at the reference, vs your drawing, using plumb lines you can start to see where things might've gone a little wonky. These lines are exactly straight but you can get the idea. If you take the line on the reference from the tear duct, you can see that it clearly goes to the edge of her mouth. On your drawing, that same line goes nearly to the middle. You can use these lines to correct your drawing while, and then find new points that you haven't drawn yet. Drawing is all about relative relationships, once you have the basic structure you can use the same relationships to find the ear, neck, shoulders, ect... until you have everything.
