Who invented the telescope? Well way before these two people, but they are the first to submits patents and the story is spicy. I'll update on the story as I finish more concept images.

My submission for this challenge!
I did it rather painterly than with line art. Was great fun working on this one :)

Journal Entry #0810
They are nocturnal. Feasting on figs and small critters. I do not wish to find out if they hunt. They are not afraid of fire, if anything it draws their curiosity. It appears that they fracture into their own families after reaching sexual maturity, although I am not sure if they mate for life. I will continue my study of them, but from a distance. There is much I do not know yet.

They have followed me back to my grounds. Keeping their distance, I'm not sure I feel safe any longer. I'm glad I came with my 9mm.

Thank you Stan and Lane for the great stream!
Lane, in your daily art practice, do you cover both observation and imagination or do you section the week off and primarily focus on one or the other depending on the day. Or, do you use your off time for observation and work your imagination for jobs? How would you describe your balance?
