added comment inProko Challenge My Life Movie Poster - FINAL SUBMISSIONS HERE
Hi all! This is my submission for June's Prokochallenge. The title of my movie, as you can see is called " The Dream Catcher" The main genre of my movie plot is fantasy, the style would be in the form of an animation. The medium of this poster is done in digital form. Plot: The protagonist is a 16-year-old-boy, who happens to be me. In this vast world, he paints another realm where he seeks out for adventure and the collections of more dreams, reflecting his daydreamy and creative , idealistic nature in reality. The machine( as seen in the foreground) is the main vessel and extractor which sucks in and bottles up the positive dreams and ideas that the boy yearns for, which he immerses in. However, due to the hyperactive imagination, he breeds dark dreams in this mental realm where he has to battle and eradicate. In the end, he realised that they were not meant to be eliminated, but ultimately, to be tamed , and embraced. For more of my art, you may follow my Instagram account @tkrz_arts. Thanks for the approval of this post! Hope you like it!

This is a great image. I like the scale of the machine and the painterly nature of the image is a nice touch.

Hey proko! I'm having a burning question: what are the texts you guys mentioned in the prompt? What are the specific texts that one has to include in their final submissions? Secondly , I've actually already polished up my final work, yet I've just realised that there's a specification for the size of the piece. As such, is there any way that the competition will allow entries which deviate from the required format? Thank you!

Hey, sorry for the late reply!
The text we talked about is the movie title, awards, credits, ect... It's not required, but I suspect it'll give you more points with Karla if you have some cool fonts going on.
In terms of the specific specifications, my personal opinion is to not deviate as much as you can. More so for yourself, than to win the challenge. I took a look at your piece, and it does seem like it's "close enough". But in the case of this being a professional job, if you were asked to do one thing, and delivered close but not quite, especially with dimensions, you'd be asked to change it.
@Karla Ortiz is a pro, and she will be judging like a real art director.
