How do people get photos without shadows on their paper. Seems no matter what I do, I end up with something casting a shadow.

Decided to have fun with perspective. This is my son's toy from Bluey. Btw, just want to encourage you guys to go outside and draw even if you're not drawing landscapes. Having my breakfast outside while sketching starts the day off just right!

Pear and portrait following Proko the highlights and lighter tones look a bit messy

Attempt at the assignment I don’t like the dark line that’s the darkest tone on the pear

Found this on a market stall today. It’s a sanding block excellent for sharpening pencils the Proko way

Anybody know where we could buy covers for our very pointy pencils so we don’t keep breaking them especially when we’re carrying them around
