OK this is it I'm done now :P This is inspired by the movie posters for 'Loving Vincent', Studio Ghibli films and a bit of Alice in Wonderland. Influenced a bit by the watercolour artist Thomas Schaller. Aiming for a kind of whimsical vibe. I would say I spend most of my time in my imagination than anything else - and trying to paint clouds because they are hard :P Painted with watercolour paint. Please feel free to critique it!

Hi! This is my entry, this was the first time i ever painted on a format this big! Quite the challenge indeed. This is a tiny little mouse making the the world it lives in a tiny little bit more fun. This movie would follow the little mouse protagonist, as it would struggle to find its place in the world, a place where it feels like it belongs, its trusty paintbrush always by its side, and together they learn to view the world in a new, intuitive, creative way, far from all the expectations it doesn't quite understand and reimagine it to make more sense and more fun. It would certainly be an animated movie. I tried to make it so the mouse is not as obvious, like it could just be a landscape. Done with acrilic paints. I see a others added a title for their poster, i'm not good with fonts and Things, and i barely finished in time as is. Hope you like it anyway :)

Hello! here is my submission for the Proko Challenge (: for a year I've been struggling to draw consistently because of the pain on my hand , and it greatly affects my income and mental state while drawing as I cant focus on the piece, at first I wanted to make a more serious poster but that doesn't really sit well , as I like drawing wacky stuffs more, hence the cheesy B-movie themed poster. had fun making this one as it not only let me explore stuffs I wouldn't normally go to in art , it also helped me look at my life as of now , went on an emotional ride while thumbnailing and choosing themes for the poster i wanted lol i hope you enjoy the picture and goodluck to everyone joining in on the fun!

I haven’t got much to say apart from: thank you Proko for giving me a motive to finally practice graphic design. It really was an interesting journey- revisiting these memories - and I am happy to share a glimpse of it. Inspired by old thriller/detective movie posters.

This is my first post on PROKO, I am not quite sure whether the way I uploaded the image is correct- but I figured I’d give it a try. My title for the “My life movie Poster” is “young one (find your way through the wilderness)” I don’t want to say too much, but the idea is to create a story of the boy in the foreground (me, quite a few years ago) who grows up in a wild fantasy world and is set a mission which represents the often challenges of being a grown up and yet not feeling like one. This little boy is thrown out into this fantasy wilderness all on his own with a sword which is much to heavy for him and has to learn to survive- somehow...

HELLO everyone, here it is my movie poster. I tried to create a poster for a sci-fi movie, which would be center around a journey between planets, self-discovery and improvement. Those were and are topics of great interest to me, especially anything related to astronomy. Since I can remember, I have been fascinated by what is out there, but more recently I have been on a self-journey and try to understand myself, so I decided to combine those topics into a sci-fi movie. Hope you all like it.

A modern fine arts student must question himself every day. Especially in a dark and desolate landscape full of conceptual nightmares and performance art terrors. That’s where trust is important. Trust in the people closest to us and especially in our abilities and dreams.  My mother as the powerful genie, pushes me to better myself every day. My fiancé and muse supports me in a way no one else can and my closest friend the conniving saint inspires me with no end.  Join me in this dangerous journey, as we venture to unearth the secrets of painting and and find the lost castle of financial independence. The knight of the Brushy Lance will be our guide and mentor, for he will protect us from bad perspective and help us focus on the Bones of the art!

Hello everyone, first time here, this is my submission called "Painting Memories". It would be a movie of my art journey and my goal and the people that have been with me along the way. We learn here that each step is important as we grow and form memories, and this memories, in a way, define our art and ourselves and for me it is like magic. As an artist, with each brushstroke, I try to light the way for me and for other people that need it. Hope you like it. Ps: Love the positivity here, you are all awesome!

Hi! I love all the artworks you've made, there's a lot of creativity in your ideas and it's a pleasure to see them all! Here's my entry. It's the poster for a light drama movie, about a little girl that got used to living in her dark imaginary world with her teddies out of fear of the real one. Going camping with scouts is what's going to give her the courage to open up to the real world and let the light come in. Scouts and camping has given me so much, I'd never be thankful enough. It bought me closer to nature, to people and even to my true self. As I live in Britany, and I'm half Irish and half Breton, I wanted to include dolmens and menhirs, because they have so much history and mean a lot to my region :) (I have the painting in higher quality but I made it smaller to be able to send it)

I really had fun doing this challenge and definitely motivated me to draw and get back on track. My poster is more based on fantasy and my hobby of learning history, as of recently I’ve been reading Norse mythology that’s why there’s the Midgard serpent in the background. Not to far in the book but I am enjoying it so far, slowly but steady.

I had so much fun with this challenge! The poster is based on a poem I wrote a couple years back, called Miracle. Here it is for anyone who's curious: --- Rainless clouds, long unsupported, press the horizons together. The troughs that I carved with once fearless fingers into the brick-baked bedrock level out into flatness behind me. Blood breaks from the split fingernails touches the soil sizzles to steam. Far ahead where all cracks converge rises a new column of light shimmers turns into a beacon. But not its beguilement as much as the scatter of rock, coils me forward digging into my calves like so many bug bites. On approach it shrinks to a flame and I, I watch the bush burn wait and wait and wait - for a voice, or a forefinger, - well after cooled ashes creep into my nose, under my eyelids; all I hear is static. I must kneel to bury it. --- The rest of the elements are connected to my home country, Bulgaria, my love for fantasy and my main occupation - pharmacy. I had a lot of fun painting all of the clothing, but the title was super difficult to come up with and format, since I have little experience with typography and design work.

I am in love with the classic painted Hollywood movie poster aesthetic, especially horror ones. It's amazing how busy, bright and colourful they were compared to their modern counterparts! So, I've decided to take every artist's nightmare and the story of my life essentially, and turn it into a classic scary flick. Enjoy! I'm sure you all can relate ;P Painted digitally from scratch.

Hello! I am choosing for the Proko challenge to create a representative part of my life. This is a place where two stories unfold in my imagination and the journey of making them come to life in the material form.

My submission for Proko challenge, it was made with blender and photoshop, here the WIP: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/3dGxlo The concept is the "shift" that happened when my girlfriend entered my life. She helped with my social anxiety represented here by the dark side of the city. Also the city and the bench are used to allude my profession, architecture, which is also a big part of my life. The movie would be something like a slice-of-life/thriller.

Hello, this is my poster done in photoshop and I decided to make something cartoonish since I love anime and comics. It's basically about me enjoying creativity and freedom in drawing while everything inside my head is full of frustration and disappointment since it likes everything to be "perfect" and logical. The perfectionism in me always gets in my way during my artwork, which is why I stopped drawing for a while until last year I finally returned to drawing and that felt so refreshing! I'm pretty sure there are many artists who has been through this stage at some point in their lives ; we can all relate to that, and for those who have art block always remember this : art is just an interpretation of a real world and is meant to be fun, creative, and unique in a way. Always carry around this positive mindset and energy :) I hope this message was helpful. Thank you everyone!
