Attempt after watching the demonstration but without copying exactly. I'm doing a more gestural version then adding cross contours on it as I have no idea how to draw such complicated subject from imagination atm

I'm new to anatomy. No idea how the exercises would help my pencil and paper figure drawings yet... hope it would make sense
